The art in this book is absolutely incredible. Gary Frank and Brad Anderson combine for some stunning visuals, and Geoff Johns creates such a believable world and scenario. I couldn’t stop turning the pages on this one, and I will DEFINITELY be adding this to my pull list at my LCS [Crooked Dog Comics].

The start of WWIII – nuclear missiles are in the air, launch has been detected from our enemies, and it’s only a matter of seconds maybe minutes before the first strike. You rush to take your family to the shelter, and just as you are about to enter, you realize the family dog is left behind. You rush out to save the dog and on the way back to the shelter you’re shot in the leg by your NEIGHBOR!?!?.
Wow – what an incredible start to this book, I was flipping the pages so fast I literally couldn’t wait to see what was coming next. The absolute horror that struck me when it was revealed that the neighbor was trying to commandeer the shelter. Love your neighbors folks, get to know them, chat with them, help them. These are truly the people that you need to have in your corner when the SHTF.
